3. On-site weight measurement and quantity verification are completed, and both the enterprise and the recycling institution sign the "Stainless Steel Waste Collection and Handover Form" to confirm the key information such as waste category, weight, and handover time.

(3) Resource Utilization and Compliance Control

1. After the waste arrives at the recycling processing base, it undergoes secondary fine sorting to separate impurities such as carbon steel, copper, and aluminum from the stainless steel waste, ensuring the purity of the recycled raw materials; 

2. The sorted stainless steel waste is cleaned to remove surface oil, paint, concrete, etc., and then processed through cutting, pressing, melting, etc., into stainless steel raw steel billets or raw materials, which are sent to steel production enterprises for recycling;

3. Throughout the process, dust and wastewater treatment equipment must be equipped to ensure that all emission indicators comply with the standards of the Hong Kong "Air Quality Control Regulations" and "Water Pollution Control Regulations".
