Classification processing: Based on the actual situation of the charging cables, we classified them into three categories: those that can be directly reused, those that need simple repair for use, and those that cannot be repaired and need professional recycling. For charging cables that can be directly reused, we cleaned, inspected, and repackaged them; those that needed repair were handed over to the technical department for processing; and those that could not be repaired were contacted with professional recycling institutions for environmentally friendly treatment.

Internal promotion: To encourage employees to participate, we also launched a "trade-in for new" activity within the company. Employees could exchange their old charging cables for company new products or coupons, which not only helped to reduce inventory but also enhanced employees' environmental awareness.

III. Action Results and Impact

Through this recycling action, we not only effectively alleviated inventory pressure, reduced resource waste, but also brought positive social image to the company. More importantly, this action stimulated employees' attention and participation in environmental protection, creating a good corporate culture atmosphere. At the same time, we have established partnerships with several professional recycling institutions, laying a solid foundation for future continuous recycling work.
