Our company offers door-to-door IT equipment recycling service for enterprises throughout Hong Kong. The standard package already includes complete server room processing procedures, and enterprises do not need to purchase them separately. 

Professional equipment disassembly 

The technicians have experience in maintaining data centers. They will come to the site to handle the power-off of servers, switches, firewalls, storage devices, removal of cables, disassembly of cabinet slides, and separation of circuit boards. Throughout the process, they will follow anti-static standards for operation, ensuring that they do not damage the building's lines or the infrastructure of the data center. The enterprise does not need to arrange IT personnel to follow up on the disassembly process. 

2. Manual lifting and moving of equipment 

Standard IT hardware such as tower servers, rack equipment, printers, computer hosts, monitors, etc., as well as the labor costs for floor transportation, moving from the office to the elevator, and short-distance transfer on the ground are all included in the recycling service and will not incur additional labor charges for the movers. 

3. On-site cleaning of the computer room and cabinets 

After all the equipment has been removed, the team will sort out the remaining network cables, power cords, used toner cartridges, packaging cartons, and dust and debris in the computer room, and pack them up for removal and disposal. This will restore the tidy space in the computer room, and the customers do not need to clean up the waste materials themselves. 

Our services cover commercial buildings, data centers and office computer rooms in areas such as Central, Kowloon Tong, Kwun Tong, Kwai Tsing, Science Park, Sha Tin and Lantau Bay. II. Charges for Handling Heavy Servers and Large Equipment (Transparent charges, pre-quoted) 

The vast majority of medium-sized and small rack servers and ordinary switches are included in the free lifting scope; only in the following special heavy-duty/highly challenging scenarios will the operation be carried out after prior communication and price confirmation, and no additional charges will be imposed afterwards: 

Requires teamwork and the use of heavy equipment 

Blade server chassis, full cabinet storage array, large UPS uninterruptible power supply, integrated heavy-duty cabinet, each unit weighs over 80 kilograms and requires 2-4 technicians to assist in handling. 

2. Scenarios with Limited Transportation Environments 

High-rise buildings without elevators, narrow staircases, insufficient size of freight elevators, requiring cranes for external hoisting, and long-distance manual transportation of underground machine rooms. 

3. Overall cabinet frame relocation 

The customer requested a customized service where the entire cabinet would be moved out of the server room without disassembling it. 

Fee Rules 

When the quantity of recycling equipment meets the standard (10 servers or more than 20 comprehensive IT devices), most of the labor costs for heavy lifting can be directly waived. 

A small number of heavy equipment will be handled separately. After on-site inspection, a fixed price will be provided. All labor costs, handling surcharges will be listed. The customer will confirm without any objection before the operation commences. 

All the charging items are recorded in writing on the recycling quotation sheet, which is provided together with the data destruction certificate and the recycling list for the enterprise's archival and auditing purposes. 

III. Additional Advantages (Valued by Enterprise Customers) 

We hold a WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) disposal license from the Hong Kong Environmental Protection Department. The process for recycling waste IT equipment in the data center fully complies with Chapter 354 of the "Waste Disposal Ordinance", avoiding the risk of penalties for enterprises for illegal disposal. 

2. We can also provide on-site physical shredding data destruction services. Once completed, an approved destruction certificate will be issued, meeting the internal control and auditing requirements of financial, legal and technology companies. 

3. On-site valuation of equipment. For equipment in normal use, the recovery funds can be settled on the spot. Damaged or scrapped machines will be free of charge removed. There is no minimum recovery quantity threshold.
